BY APPOINTMENT ONLY •Late Policy• If a client is more then 7 minutes late to their appointment, at the 8 minute mark the client will be considered a no show. At this time all or part of services will need to be rescheduled. Please call or notify me when you are running late, so I can try my best to accommodated you. This may result in what services can be provided or possibly rescheduling services. You will be charged half the service when rescheduling. •Cancellation/No Show/Reschedules• No Shows will be charged full amount of service/services. You have 24 hours to reschedule prior to your appointment. Same day Cancellation/Reschedules-will be charged 50% of service/services. No Shows that are not paid will no longer be allowed to book. •Inappropriate language or comments will not be tolerated. A verbal warning will be provided by the aesthetician. If a second warning is given, services will be discontinued and the client will be responsible for payment of full service regardless of completion of service. •Restroom• Please feel free to use the restroom and/or freshen up BEFORE the appointment time begins. This can affect the clients service time. •Disclaimer• Waxing does have certain side effects such as skin removal, redness, bruising, swelling, tenderness, hyperpigmentation, & breakout (pimples/acne). Do not wax if you are on any acne medications such as Accutane, Retin-A or any skin thinning medications or creams. Skin lifting/tearing can occur. I have the right to refuse service to anyone. By booking online/rebooking in suite you fully agree to my policies and give me permission to run your card only if you cancel/reschedule day of or no show to your appointment.
